At Streetryder, we want you to ride with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your e-bike must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to Return

Contact us at streetryder.ebikes@gmail.com to initiate a return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your e-bike arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — replacement, repair, or full refund.

Exclusions

Items that have been ridden, modified, or damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
